Trainee Asbestos Surveyor

Pillars Environmental Consultants are a growing asbestos consultancy business based in the North West but operate throughout the UK. We offer a comprehensive range of asbestos services, including consultancy, inspection, testing and management of asbestos to both private and public sectors.

Role

We are looking to seek a Full Time Trainee Asbestos Surveyor within our Oldham office. Although the successful candidate will be based at this office the role does require travel throughout the UK and a driving license is essential. No prior knowledge or experience is required as a structured fully funded training plan will be developed to obtain recognised industry qualifications. At each stage of your progression, your status and salary will be enhanced to recognise your increasing skills and experience.

As a trainee Asbestos Surveyor you will be accompanying a qualified surveyor to assist carrying out Asbestos surveys and create reports within the office. The role is majority site based often working at height and in confined spaces and the applicant is to take this into consideration when applying.

Requirements

• Full UK Driving license
• CSCS Card
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good level of IT Skills
• Friendly, Professional and Hard working
• Ability to undertake lengthy technical exams
